PRIVACY ON YOUTUBE & ZOOM
Sessions are promoted within old time communities on Facebook and old time newsletters. The sessions are inviting players but some players may invite people to watch which I will not know about.
As we have recently started to broadcast Zoom on Youtube.. I would like to ask you to rename yourselves to a nickname or first names only. If you are unable to, we will do this if you sign in on Zoom early and can change your names for you before broadcast..
If you do not wish your face to show on YouTube, but remain on Zoom to see each other, then you can turn the camera off and will not be on Youtube.
I did originally say YouTube videos would be removed but I ended up forgetting and discovered that many people revisit the videos to learn tunes. If there are any objections to keeping the videos accessible, let me know
Please don’t forget this technology is all new for us and getting used to cameras too, same for me too. These sessions are always being developed which includes learning to use Zoom!
