Refund and Returns Policy

The Merchandise is handled by a third party, so their policies are more strict and tricky for returns as they are made to order. 

Music is managed by us and we can allow more flexibility for returns/refunds.

MERCHANDISE

Returns only for misprinted, damaged and  defective items. NOT SIZE

PLEASE check the size guide before ordering. There is no stock on these products that are made to order, so I can’t offer size exchanges. 

Only if the product is misprinted or damaged on arrival that the item can be returned.

Exchanges

When?

Damaged/misprinted items can be returned within 3 weeks. Contact me first to arrange returns and I think I contact Printful to send you the return details and they will take it from there for us.

 

 

CD RETURNS

Drop us a message if there is a problem with the CD and we’ll sort out a refund or new copy. 

DOWNLOADs are a little trickier, but again drop us a message for your reasons to cancel and we’ll see what we can do.
